    • Surface Cleaning: Skimming the surface and brushing walls, steps, and benches.

    • Floor Maintenance: Vacuuming the pool floor to remove debris.

    • Basket Care: Emptying and cleaning both skimmer and pump baskets.

    • Equipment Check: A visual inspection of the filtration equipment to ensure proper operation.

    • Filter Deep Cleaning: A recommended twice-yearly service (Spring/Fall) involving a complete cartridge teardown, high-pressure wash, and alignment check to manage heavy desert dust cycles.

    • Filter Cartridge Replacement: Professional full-system swap-out service.

    • Pool Drain & Startup Reset: A maintenance requirement typically performed every 3 years to address extreme Las Vegas hard water, high Total Dissolved Solids (TDS), and stabilizer locks; includes submersible pumping and a heavy startup chemical load.

    • Plaster Acid Wash Treatment: A premium aesthetic and restorative treatment formulated to strip away deep scale, heavy calcium rings, and organic plaster stains.

    • Emergency/Green Pool Recovery: Intensive service for heavily neglected pools, including black/green algae turnarounds or clearing debris after storms.

    • Extreme Weather Events: Severe storms or accumulation of extreme dirt that requires extra labor hours or specialized "shock" treatments will incur additional charges.

    • Extra Services: Any work requested outside of the scope of basic maintenance (e.g., deep cleaning of cartridge filters) will be quoted and billed separately.

    • Standard Capacity: Service rates and maintenance standards assume standard residential pool layouts under 25,000 gallons.

    • Dynamic Quotes: Detached systems, excessive debris loads, or complex water features may incur adjusted dynamic quoting schedules.
